It gets confused by headers that have more than one entry. For example, I just tried it on an email that sent this header:

List-Unsubscribe: <my@email.org>, <https://www.givepulse.com/n/optout/a01db82a2111ca06bc49e9afc76>

Where "my@email.org" was literally my email address. Obviously, this is malformed, but the plugin should deal with situations like that.

Thanks for your response. We'll take care of that in a future version.
Fixed in newest version 1.1.1
