Same problem on my dad's computer (mine had not upgraded yet).
Solved by returning to 4.1, and blocking auto-updates, until the bug is solved.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (4.2).

The bug is solved: Version 4.2 will no longer be shipped to TB91 users. Please re-enable auto updates.
