Thanks very much Camiel for making Thunderlinks work again, it just helps so much in my workflow (together with Freeplane :-). Just one improvement, a keyboard shortcut to copy the link would be great (seems to me that Thunderlink used CTRL-ALT-number)

Actually this *is* available.
See "Manage Extension Shortcuts".
Ctrl-Alt-0 => paste
Ctrl-Alt-1 => copy configurable link 1
Ctrl-Alt-2 => copy conifgurable link 2
etc.
