Why the two different sizes of the same image? You should either get rid of the large one and move the smaller one to the right, or get rid of the smaller one completely. Needs 6 additional blank rows of toolbars to see the full larger image, but none for the small one. I've had to compromise and just have one, which by doing so lets me see all of the small image and just the head (the bit worth looking at!) of the large.
