Add-ons I've created
BorderColors D
Shows a colorful border around the "New Message" window, so you can tell different identities apart.
Builds on the original BorderColors and the "GT" version, adding different border styles.
My Reviews
No Message Pane Sort
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
An essential add-on, it must have saved me hours in misplaced clicks and corrections. Glad to see it updated for TB78, thanks for your work!
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (2.0). This user has a previous review of this add-on.BorderColors GT
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I have used a custom version for a while, which add multiple border styles and fixes a couple of bugs.
To keep a version compatible with TB60 online, I have now released it as "BorderColors D".

MRC Compose
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
A great improvement to the traditional way of entering email recipients!
The latest version however breaks the BorderColors GT addon. Too many changes in the message window overlay?
[sorry for the bug report here, is there a better place?]
BorderColors GT
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
An essential tool for those using many email identities... but not too many.
A few months have passed but the issue described by Drachsi below is still a problem: the configuration dialog does not expand if you have more than a few indentities.
If that's a deal-breaker for you, you can try my experimental version fixing the issue and adding multiple frame styles.

Nostalgy
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
An essential tool to move around folders and archive messages for those who like to keep their hands on the keyboard. Rules support makes the most common operations available with a single key.
One thing I could wish for would be the ability to (G)o to virtual folders, in particular the Unified Inbox!
Readability
Rated 2 out of 5 stars
The step from 1.9 to 2.0 expands a nice add-on into an online platform... which you probably didn't need.
Conversion now happens server side, which means sending urls to Readability and offline support being broken.
Sorry, no thanks.
Hide Menubar
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
I have been using this addon for quite some time, and it is perfect for small screen, or just for a nicer look. And on both Firefox and Thunderbird!
The addon will also still be useful with Firefox 3.6, since the developers had the bad idea to decide that the menubar must be shown if one added anything to it. Which is, of course, what we all did.
Let's hope for an update!
No Message Pane Sort
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
A tiny addon which solves one of the more common issues. Requiring to press Ctrl- when clicking makes sure that you sort messages only when you really want to.
A must for heavy users.
Show InOut
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
Updated for the latest (almost released) Thunderbird version, this is one of those necessary add-ons. You will wonder why this is not built-in in TB.
I have to drop a star for this last version though, because the new icons do a poor job of differentiating between in and out, and add to the "envelope inflation" that developers have been trying to reduce. Luckily, following the instructions on the ShowInOut website, you can easily change them, switching back to the old images.
Doto is a Todo
Rated 4 out of 5 stars
This is brilliant: a simple todo list that stays there to remind me of what I have to do. Best thing, you can set it as your home page and have it pop in front of you everytime you might be wasting time :-p
This should be the new tab page - no additional distractions.
The page layout still needs some work though: it is currently fixed size, and there is no (easy) way to customise it.
Well done though!
Timeline

The extension works fine with latest TB beta, and the latest Lightning addon. Graphics could be improved a bit, maybe to match the colours of UI, and some configuration options are probably necessary. The 30sec refresh is noticeable, and might annoy if the bar is visible behind other windows.
This review is for a previous version of the add-on (0.1).BorderColors
Rated 5 out of 5 stars
BorderColors is a very light extension that adds a configurable border to any compose window, colour-coded to remind you what will appear in the From: field.
Configuration is trivial, one just has to assign colours to each email account; after this, the extension is failry unobtrusive but effective: the thin border is a bright alert, in case you are using the wrong account.
Extension has been working fine for months now, I'm surprised is still in the sandbox.
ThreadVis

I had read about this visualisation method, but seeing it in action is even better!
The extension seems to work without problems, and the only thing it would need are some graphic and interface refinements.
Great work!
