Great add-on. the hover settings on the tab and tolerance for leaving and returning to the hot-spot are... spot-on.
It only needs to appear automatically when switching webpages, putting emphasis on any switching between domain names for increased security. This may not need the whole address bar to appear, it can be relatively discreet.

This is a great extension for those with limited vertical screen resolution like me!
I think it's quite good, I didn't have any issues with it yet. The only thing I would change is the default time it takes to show the bar when hovering links from 1000ms to 400ms.
To create your own collections, you must have a Mozilla Add-ons account.
