The information provided it very lacking but I managed to find out how to install this using Thunderbird 52.9.1.

1) Download the .xpi file.
2) Go to Tools->Add-ons
3) Click the cog and select "Install Add-on From File"

Hope that helps!

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (52.0).
