Oh! Thank you so much for writing this add-on, I love being able to paste attachments into Thunderbird. I moved my personal mail from Outlook after MS started caching personal IMAP credentials in the cloud, and this was one feature I really missed, until today. Thank you, Mr. Bieling!!

Works well and makes usage of Thunderbird more convenient and similar to other mail clients. I appreciate all people providing this kind of tools!
I know, life is no wishlist generator ... As actually, no add ons to resize attached pictures available, pleas allow me to suggest: I see image resizing as a very useful feature that could perfectly fit to the "Paste Files..." add on.

Version 1.1 definitely gives a workaround about pasting the screenshots by adding another button to disable the add on. Not very ideal, but better than not having it at all. Thanks!

it is very good! thx! but it should tell us the way to use it , is just to CRTL+V.

Дополнение ещё "сырое". Хотелось бы:
- вставку нескольких файлов одновременно, а не только одного, как сейчас;
- другое сочетание клавиш (не CTRL+V), а то не получается вставить в текст письма изображение.
Вот тогда бы было Идеально.

This add-on is the perfect complement to the “Attach from Clipboard” add-on. Thanks to John Bieling for this.
Nevertheless, would it be possible to collaborate with Michael Ganss to combine the two add-ons into one?

Edit:
I cancel my merge request. I realized when I looked at the two home pages that the two approaches are totally different and cannot be combined.

Ich habe das Addon nun als Alternative für "Attach from Clipboard" installiert und es funktioniert tadellos. Das ist eine riesige Hilfe für meine tägliche Arbeit!
