When using signature above quote, the SmartTemplate text is placed above the quote.
And the first line(s) of signature gets deleted instead of the original reply header.

So we need some better way to find where original header is instead of
.editor.rootElement.firstChild or
.editor.beginningOfDocument()

I hope this issue will get fixed in next version. I am more than happy to give a hand too.
