This is a great add-on. It works well with emails, calendars, and contacts. Unfortunately, the Teams integration does not work well. I can access the chat interface, but I cannot join or start a meeting. The session just closes suddenly. I am using Ubuntu 25.10. I tried it with the Snap and DEB packages, too, but the result was the same.

Yes, the Teams integration is just a nice goodie that we added, but we're aware that it doesn't work well with all meetings. That's why we don't advertize it anywhere. If you find it useful, e.g. for chat, then good. If not, you can just ignore it.

The test version 1.4.5.1b1 works well for me in order to fix the "Office365 OWA authentication windows staying open" issue. Thanks Team for your prompt fix and hard work, well done !

I have since yesterday the same problem with the authentification. And if I close outlook manually I get the message" registration window closed too early"

Same problem. Office365 OWA authentication windows is staying open again. Unable to receive or send messages from Thunderbird. I have latest version (1.4.5) of OWL. My e-mail still works on my iPhone.

When you manually close the authentication window, does login fail or work? Could you please send us more information, to our customer support email address? Please include the email address that you try to use with Owl, what your the browser address for your company's OWA webmail. In your email, please refer to this review and tell support that I asked you to contact them.

Can you send us details to customer support, please? Like your email address that you try to use with Owl, and the browser address of your company's OWA webmail. Please tell our support that I asked you to send this info, so that they route the information properly.

Good when it works, but has been unreliable in recent months with login issues. Developers didn't respond to my email asking about an issue I was having either, where new tabs kept opening for Outlook accounts every time Thunderbird checked my Outlook account.

There were problems in recent months, because Microsoft changed the authentication system on their end. Additionally, they did it peace-meal-wise, which meant we had to adapt multiple times.
The latest version of Owl 1.4.4 should work now, which was released 3 weeks ago. It is working for our other users, according to what we know. Are you still seeing issues with that version? If so, please do reach out to support again, and describe *in detail* what you do, what happens, etc., so that we can look at it.

After update to version 1.4.4 login process of OWL is again very reliable even to the Oultook.com accounts. Thanks!!!

I've been using Owl for three years and recently encountered an authentication issue with Outlook365. I reached out to support via email, and my issue was resolved quickly. It's a very nice app with excellent support!

Works perfectly, just go to the extension settings, and click on the wrench. Lets me use my School email without them enabling thunderbird in ms365

It works well for emails but doesn't support the office365 calendar.

This add-on does not show half of my mail folders and its display speed is very slow. It is as if it is frozen. This add-on seems to be bad at handling large mail folders and deep hierarchies.

I have the problem, that when I want to open an email from a shared mailbox I get the error "The specified object was not found in the store., the store id provided isn't an id of an item" Otherwise I am really happy with this plugin.
