This project is a continuation of the original Sieve Editor by thsmi (Thomas Schmid), adapted and refocused for modern Thunderbird environments.

This project is a continuation of the original Sieve Editor by thsmi (Thomas Schmid), adapted and refocused for modern Thunderbird environments.
It brings back the familiar functionality as a native Thunderbird Add-on (Manifest V2), targeting current Thunderbird versions (≥ 128), while preserving the core idea and usability that many users relied on for years.
Important: Sieve Reloaded requires the companion SieveBridgeClient to be installed before the add-on can connect to a ManageSieve server.

Sieve scripts filter incoming email. Message stores are commonly sealed servers so you cannot log into them, yet users must be able to update their scripts on them. This Extension implements the Manage Sieve protocol for securely managing Sieve scripts on a remote server.
Sieve Scripts are run on the server side therefore you need an IMAP Account, which supports Sieve!
