Scroogle Scraper served me well for couple years now. On July 1, 2010, there has been a change at Google so Scroogle no longer works.

Maybe they can figure out a way to bring it back

For now, there are two other alternatives. You can use "Ixquick HTTPS" which doesn't record your IP address or you can use the addon GoogleSharing which let you connect to Google through a proxy.

I don't know what the low rating score is about, but I think this is a nice looking skin. Somehow I prefer the look of IE7 over 8. I wouldn't mind an update to be compatible with latest firefox version as well.
