Support was very responsive and the only bug I experienced was resolved within hours of the incident being filed.\r\n\r\nI can now safely say that Thunderbird can fully replace Outlook (on all aspects, save one - shared folders).\r\n\r\nDefinitely give this plug-in a try if you\'re trying to get the full integrated e-mail suite package for Thunderbird.
