Just wanted to inform you that I have started with a creation of Polish-Czech database. Everybody is welcome to help:

There might be a possibility to harvest data from Wikipedians interwiki linking and from Wiktionary, but I am unable to do so.

Firstly Ill try to establish a system that would be good looking in MediaWiki as it can be used as open platform. There is also a need of this format to be easily transportable to any other format.
