Loving this addon, especially because I have my taskbar hidden in windows 7 and it makes the taskbar pop up - great visual feedback of notification of new email. However, I have message filters that direct emails to different folders in my inbox - when emails arrive in these folders the notifictaion doesn't seem to work. Is there anything I need to do to get the addon to work for these emails?

Well, you could try one of these two things:
1 - In the same filters you use to move emails, add the "Get Attention" action beside the one for moving the message (I recommend this one), OR...
2 - Right-click on the destination folder, select Properties and check "When getting new messages for this account, always check this folder".
