I can download the dictionary, but there seems no way to install it.

Basically, you can simply open the tools → add-ons → dictionaries, and drag'n'drop the .xpi file into this window.

How do you install it? There are no instructions and none of the suggestions on various forums work. (i.e. there is no 'install now' option).
