This addon is exactly what I was looking for a long time.

One suggestion: add search by sender's domain, also. Very often I want to search mails from all contacts from the same company/domain, and this would be very helpful.

There is no need for update - Attachment Reminder is now build in Thunderbird 3. Look at Preferences -> Composition -> General.
