The lack of documentation and the blurry screen captures are problematic but worse yet the "Download" button never appears. This is Firefox on Slackware. I will leave the message tab open a bit longer but it has already been 20 minutes since the conversation loaded. No download option - it appears the add-on is not ready for primetime.
