This plugin is no longer compatible with Thunderbird, and they clearly don't seem interested in updating it. I opened a support ticket with them to bring it to their attention, and their response was rude and insulting.

This review is for a previous version of the add-on (1.59).

The plugin has been updated for compatibility with the latest Thunderbird versions.
