Thank you very much for the very quick fix of the German locale. I had just realized it wasn't worling and already there was a fixed version! I got so used to working with this addon, I'd say to me it's the most important one right after Firebug. I'll be happy to donate!

Ich nutze Quicktext Pro für Textbausteine und Grußformeln, das spart enorm viel Zeit. Bei der Umstellung auf Thunderbird 17 gab's ein Absturzproblem im Zusammenhang mit Quicktext, das allerdings durch einen Bug inThunderbord verursacht wurde. Der Service ist schnell und zuverlässig, und innerhalb weniger Stunden gab es einen Workaround. Den Preis für die Pro-Version halte ich für absolut fair, wenn ich bedenke, wieviel Zeit und Tipperei mir das Addon erspart.

Very glad you provided this piece of code since I've been missing updates of the old copyplaintext extension. Your extension is very helpful, I use it a lot. Thanks!

It's only compatible with TB1/FF1. Sorry I have to give one star to post this comment.

Wird es von diesem liebgewonnenen Addon ein Upgrade für TB5 geben? Oder braucht man vielleicht nur die Config zu ändern?

Also works with Firefox 5 after changing install.rdf as described by vladimirr. Verry nice ;-)))

This is a great extension once you get it to work. Would be nice to find some documentation and tipps here instead of having to search in other places. Only 3 stars for this poor service.

It works in FF3 but doesn't connect in TB2.0.0.23. Also cannot find any SP button or menu item in TB. What's worst: cannot find any useful beginners guide. The whole thing was a nice idea but turns out rather dissappointing to me.
