Fantastic functionality. Properly supports NoScript and AdBlock. Please add:

1) right-click context menu item to open link in new IE tab.
2) right-click context menu item to open link in IE (as external browser)

Sorry we don't have any plan to implement context menu entries right now. It's one of Fire IE's goals to not clutter the right-click context menu. See https://getsatisfaction.com/fireie/topics/open_link_in for details.
